ABOUT THE MISSION:
MSGT Johnnie ‘John’ Lee Gaddis served our country for 33 and a half years in the U.S. Army and the Army National Guard. He served in the Army 505th Engineering Battalion in Gastonia as well as the 30th Brigade out of Charlotte. MSGT Gaddis was awarded: Army Commendation Award, Army Achievement Award (2nd award), Army Reserve Components Achievement Metal (5th award), National Defense Service Metal (2nd award), Armed Forces Expeditionary Metal, Global War on Terrorism Service Metal, Humanitarian Service Award (2nd award), Iraq Campaign Metal w/ Campaign Star, Noncommissioned Officer Professional Development Ribbon, Army Service Ribbon, Overseas Service Ribbon, Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon, Armed Forces Reserve Metal w/ M Device, Armed Forces Reserve Metal (2nd award).

2:30 * approximate time* – Flag line for burial with full military honors.
