ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of CWO4 John Scott Biddy has requested the Patriot Guard Riders stand in silent honor of his life and service to our country. CWO4 Biddy passed away on 20 April 2018. CWO4 Biddy retired from the US Navy after 30 years of service. Some of his tours of duty included deploying to Iraq stationed with a Riverine Squadron and training Iraqi security troops. Scott, as he was known to his family, was a volunteer Virginia Beach Police Officer for over 10 years. He was 55 years old and is survived by three children.
