DESCRIPTION:The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of John Roger Morgan to join the last ride in his memory. \nMr. Morgan of Aztec\, NM was born in Joplin\, Missouri on August 7\, 1931 and died on August 12\, 2015 at the age of 84. He served in the US Army from December 13\, 1948 until October 31\, 1962. \nJohn’s son\, along with family and friends\, will be leaving Aztec\, NM on Saturday\, June 4\, 2016 with Mr. Morgan for his final ride. On Sunday\, June 5th\, the Patriot Guard Riders have been invited to join the ride to the summit of Pikes Peak for the release of his ashes. The cost to ride to the summit is $12.00; the family will pay for up to eight riders. The ride to the summit will begin between 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM to allow the weather to warm and to complete the ride before potential afternoon rain showers. \nJohn was a lifelong motorcycle rider.
