ABOUT THE MISSION:
United States Army Air Corps and WWII Veteran Mr. Cassil was inducted January 27, 1943 and was honorably discharged January 4, 1946. He was awarded 8 Bronze Stars for his Service in the following campaigns: Rykyus, Aerial Offensive Japan, China Offensive, Chine Defensive, New Guinea, Western Pacific, Southern Philippines, and Luzon. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal and qualified as a carbine sharpshooter. He attained the rank of Sergeant.

After the mission and safety briefing, procession riders will prepare to accompany Mr. Cassil, family and friends to his Interment Service at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Part 1 will be a procession only. There will be no flag line at the Funeral Home. There will be a professional escort service. Our certificate will be presented at the time of the family’s choosing. After the mission briefing, honor bikes (if needed) will move to staging lane 1 to await the arrival of Mr. Cassil, family, and friends. All other riders will move to the appropriate shelter to set the flags and await the arrival of the procession. Pall bearers may be needed. We’ll then stand tall and silent in honor of Mr. Cassil’s Service to our country and in support of his family and friends. At the conclusion of the service, flags will be returned to storage, and the riders will be debriefed and dismissed.
