A1C Knipfel served his country in the U.S. Air Force from Jan. 19th 1952 until Dec. 30th 1959 at which time he was honorably discharged. A1C Knipfel served in the 2500th Fd. Sv. Sq Con AC. and at Headquarters Con AC. ARRC Denver Colo.
