ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the family of PFC John J. Myers, United States Army, to stand in his honor and escort him to Barrancas National Cemetery. PFC John J. Myers served in the United States Army from Feb 1977 to Jun 1978. During his service, he was awarded the Marksmanship Qualification Badge Rifle M16. Honors will be at Barrancas National Cemetery.

Special Instructions:

Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts, long trousers, long-fingered gloves, DOT Approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles, and appropriate eye protection. This attire will be maintained at all times while riding aboard the base.
10:15  AM – Safety briefing for all riders
10:30 AM – KSU to Olive Baptist Church, Warrington Campus, 103 W. Winthrop Ave. Pensacola, FL.
11:00 AM – KSU to Barrancas National Cemetery, Site B
11:30 AM – Honors at Barrancas National Cemetery
Flags & Water:
Flags will be provided.
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
