Army Veteran\, to provide honors and an escort at his funeral services. \nMr. Winkler served in the US Army from 1966 to 1968.  His duties included a tour in Vietnam where he served as a Personnel Accounting Specialist (coding clerk) and achieved the rank of SP5(T).  SP5 Winkler was awarded the Good Conduct Medal (first award); the National Defense Service Medal; the Vietnam Campaign Medal; the Vietnam Service Medal; and the Sharpshooter (M14) Award. \nPlease join me in honoring SP5 Winkler and escorting him\, along with family and friends\, to his final resting place; the hallowed grounds of Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.\n\nStage: 0800\, Wednesday 17 August 2016 \nKutis Funeral Home\, South County Chapel\n5255 Lemay Ferry Road\nSt. Louis\, MO  63129 \nRIDE Meeting: Immediately following Staging\n\nFlag Line: 0815-0915 \nAt approximately 0915 we will escort SP5 Winkler\, family and friends to the Queen of All Saints\, Catholic Church (on Christopher Drive) for funeral services.  Immediately following the funeral service we will escort to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
