The family of BMCS John “Jack” Crowley\, Jr. has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for their loved one. \nBMCS John “Jack” Crowley Jr. passed away on Friday\, May 19\, 2017\, at the age of 76. Born in Boston\, Massachusetts\, he was the beloved son of late John Francis Crowley and Catherine Loretta Crowley (Austin). He graduated from Boston Trade High School and joined the United States Coast Guard\, which became his lifelong career. After over 30 years of service\, he retired in 1988\, and then worked for more than 10 years at the US Post Office. His dedication to the USCG continued by actively being involved with numerous veterans associations right up to his passing. Jack was also a very active member of American Legion Post 88. His Awards\, commendations and citations are unknown at this time\, but there were many including an Honorable discharge. \nThe Patriot Guard Riders will be honored to stand a silent flag line for this True Patriot and HERO. \nVisitation: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. – Radney Funeral Home\, 3155 Dauphin St.\, Mobile\, AL 36606\nFuneral Service: 1:00 p.m. – Radney Funeral Home\, 3155 Dauphin St.\, Mobile\, AL 36606\nInterment: N/A.
