Fellow Riders,
It is with a heavy heart that I must inform you that America has lost another True American HERO. The family of BMCS John “Jack” Crowley, Jr. has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for their loved one.

BMCS John “Jack” Crowley Jr. passed away on Friday, May 19, 2017, at the age of 76. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, he was the beloved son of late John Francis Crowley and Catherine Loretta Crowley (Austin). He graduated from Boston Trade High School and joined the United States Coast Guard, which became his lifelong career. After over 30 years of service, he retired in 1988, and then worked for more than 10 years at the US Post Office. His dedication to the USCG continued by actively being involved with numerous veterans associations right up to his passing. Jack was also a very active member of American Legion Post 88. His Awards, commendations and citations are unknown at this time, but there were many including an Honorable discharge.

The Patriot Guard Riders will be honored to stand a silent flag line for this True Patriot and HERO.

Interment: N/A. Mr. Crowley will be cremated.

Mr. Jack Crowley stood many a hard day and night so that we might be safe and free. Now it is our turn to STAND and HONOR him for his service and sacrifice. Ride safely!
