John Howard Kelley, Veteran

The family of SGT John Howard Kelley (86) requests the Patriot Guard Riders presence to stand a flag line at Memorial Gardens Cemetery as the family shows their final respects. SGT Kelley served his country in the U.S. Army from March 1954 to Feb 1962. His awards include National Defense Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal, Sharpshooter Expert Carbine, and 2nd Class Missleman Badge. John was a member of American Legion Post 137 and also served as Judge Advocate.

COVID-19 precautions will be observed per PGR State guidelines, including the mandatory donning of face masks (covering both mouth & nose) during the mission. Social distancing of 6 feet, 20 feet from the family and the use of hand sanitizer

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
