Special Instructions:

We will stage at the Vietnam Memorial, Montford Landing Rd., Jacksonville NC 28540. at 11:45 am on Sunday 11 Aug. 2019 for briefing and to set flags for the families arrival at 12:30 pm. Once the family has arrived we will immediately prepare for the escort to the Moose Lodge 161 Norris Rd. Swansboro, NC 28584. Upon arrival at the Moose Lodge the mission will be complete and all personnel will stand down and quietly depart the area. Expected arrival time in Swansboro should be aprox. 1:30 pm.

Staging: Vietnam Memorial, Montford Landing Rd., Jacksonville NC 28540

11:45 am – Briefing and set flags for family

12:15 pm – Establish flag line for family

12:40 pm – Stand down flag line and prep for escort

1:00 pm – KSU for Swansboro

1:30 pm – Arrive Swansboro and stand down

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.
