ABOUT THE MISSION:
Sgt John D. Bardin faithfully served in the United States Air Force for 6 years and was honorably discharged on 9 Oct 1985. He was born 29 Nov 1960 and was 60 years of age when he passed from this earth. Sgt Bardin’s awards and decorations include the National Defense Service Medal, Air Force Longevity Service Ribbon, Air Force Good Conduct Medal, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award, and the Air Force Commendation Medal. The Patriot Guard will meet the family at the Olive Baptist Church Warrington Campus.

Special Instructions:
Pensacola Naval Air Station requires long sleeve shirts or jackets, long trousers, full fingered gloves, DOT approved helmets, leather footwear covering the ankles, and proper eye protection. This attire will be worn at all times while riding on board the base.
Covis19 precautions will be observed per PGR State guidelines, including the mandatory donning of face masks (covering both mouth & nose) during the mission. Social distancing of 6’ and 20’ from the family with no physical contact between family or guests, and the use of hand sanitizer. Upon mission conclusion, flags to be returned to the trailer/vehicle and sanitized for stowage.
