ABOUT THE MISSION:
Dr. Stubenbord Served 3 years active duty in the U.S. Air Force from 1978-1981, with an AFSC of 9346-Family Physician. He was stationed in Guam for 2 of those years, and also had over 5 years of inactive service including ROTC. Dr. Stubenbord attained the rank of Major.
