Mr. Rumph was a faithful member of New Georgia Baptist Church and was known as ‘The Candy Man.\n\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 09-12-19 \nStaging Time: 1:15 pm\n \nNew Georgia Baptist Church\n6092 Mulberry Rock Rd.
