John Andrew Novak, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

It is a most distinct honor and a privilege for the Patriot Guard Riders, at the family’s request, to stand a flag line for United States Army Veteran John Andrew Novak, and escort him to his final resting place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for full Military Honors and interment. Veteran Novak served in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps beginning in June 1957, transferred to the Army reserves in June of 1959 where he served out his reserve obligation. Veteran Novak attained the rank of Private First Class (PFC). Private First Class Novak, a grateful nation thanks you and is indebted to you for your honorable service. Your sacrifices have granted us the freedoms we continue to enjoy to this very day. Thank you and Godspeed.

From I-270, exit 16 Page Avenue/Hwy D east, Lindbergh Blvd/US-67 north/left to Morrow Drive.
08:00 AM: Stage, Ride Meeting and Flag Line
08:15 AM: Family Arrival
09:00 AM: Service
09:45 AM: Escort to Jefferson Barracks Nat. Cemetery (28 miles)
10:30 AM: Committal Service with Military Honors and interment.
The current NWS forecast during this Mission is 72º – 83º, with a 6% chance of rain.
Check weather forecast closer to the mission date…travel and dress accordingly.

My condolences for the loss of your loved one. Be Proud of your loved one for their service and sacrifices they have made to preserve our Country’s Freedom. I stand with my fellow Patriot Guard Riders as we Honor this Warrior. Stand down and rest in eternal peace, your mission is complete.

I am thankful for Mr. Novak’s service and sacrifice to our country in the US Army . He is “Fallen Never Forgotten ” . May he Rest In Peace .
