ABOUT THE MISSION:

Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders, we have been requested by family and friends of Joe Nikodym (G.I. Joe) to provide a flag line for his memorial service. Joe was born in Raymond, WA and moved to Southern Oregon at an early age. Joe graduated from Crater High School in 1967 and immediately joined the Army where he served 13 years, 10 years as Drill Sergeant. Joe came home to S. Oregon and worked for Boise Cascade, A&M Trucking and Airgas and retired at age 54. “G.I. Joe” was President of Old Guard Riders Company A, Medford expressing his patriotism by supporting Veteran Organizations and conducting flag lines at the Veterans Memorial Gravesites. Joe was deeply devoted to God, his wife, Beth Ann, his family and the USA. Please join me as we help support his wife Beth, family, pay our respects, and honor his service to our country and our community.

Pass and Northern Riders will meet at Arco Gas located at 190 NE Terry LN across from Walmart, Grants Pass. We will ride to Apple Peddler Restaurant in White City then ride to Eagle Point National Cemetery to establish the flag line.
Flags & Water:
Flags will not be provided
If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

We will be setting the flag line for the arrival of the OGR escort into the cemetery.
