ABOUT THE MISSION:
S1c Joe Bailey Bell, Jr., US Navy, served on active duty from July 5, 1945 to August 20, 1946, when he was honorably discharged. On August 21, 1946 Joe entered the US Navy Reserve and served until July 9, 1954, when his enlistment commitment expired. During his nine years of Navy service, both active and reserve, he was awarded the Victory Medal World War II, Asiatic Pacific Area.

Starting Time: Prior to the riders briefing at the Visitor Center, four honor bikes will be selected to accompany the family vehicle to committal Shelter B. After the riders briefing, the PGR will stand the flag line at the designated shelter. Upon conclusion of the Inurnment Service, the flags will be furled and returned to storage, followed by rider debriefed and dismissal.
