The Patriot Guard Riders have been invited by the Torres family to stand a flag line in honor of their father Jesus “Tito” Torres, Vietnam Veteran, who passed peacefully from this life Monday, 25 July 2016. Private Torres served in Vietnam from 17 August 1967 to 15 August 1969 with Co. C 1st Engineer Bn in the United States Army. His awards were the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal.
He is survived by his mother, a long-time companion, one son, two daughters, four granddaughters, three sisters and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will have a Celebration of his life starting at 11 am at the Morrissett Funeral Home.

Brief: 10 am, set flag line for family and friends arrival.
This will be a flag line only mission no escort. Flags will be provided but if you have one, 3X5, bring in case I do not have enough to go around.
Remember that our mission is to respect and honor this soldier and his family. We are to stand tall and proud as we salute Mr. Torres for his service to our country and his family for their support of his service.
