Young to participate in his funeral and escort him to his final resting place in honor of his service to this Great Nation. Jessie served proudly in the US Air Force for 26 years before retiring. He returned to the area and worked at the Jacksonville Developmental Center for 13 years retiring in 1990. He was a member of the White Hall VFW Post 7684.
