ABOUT THE MISSION:
Seaman 3C Vancor proudly and honorably served two years in the Army as a bridge building engineer. His last duty assignment was Co D 1st Bn 1st TRE, Ft Leonard MO. Following his tour of duty in the Army he served four years in the Navy as a Frogman. His nickname in the Navy was Flipper because he never wore his flippers when diving. Medals and ribbons unknown at this time.

PGR will stand a silent U.S. flag for visitation 10:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service. Following the service PGR will accompany Seaman 3C Vancor to his final duty station at Leesburg Church of Christ Cemetery, Morton and stand a U.S. flag line for the graveside service with Military Honors. Masks required.
