ABOUT THE MISSION:
Utilitiesman (UT2) Jerry L. Bledsoe, age 68 and resident of Columbus, GA, served on active duty in the United States Navy from 1973 to 1979 for a total of 6 years. UT2 Bledsoe protected our freedom by serving in construction which involved the installation, maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating, steam, compressed air, fuel storage and distribution; he will be missed by all that knew him.

Special Instructions:
This mission will be conducted in 2 parts with a flag line during the 1:00 pm church service and afterward we will escort to Fort Mitchell National Cemetery.
If you do not have a military/CAC/VA ID card, you MUST stop at the Fort Benning Main Gate Visitor’s Center for a background check and a visitor’s pass for the day.
Fort Benning requires DOT motorcycle helmet, eye protection, full fingers riding gloves, long sleeved shirt/jacket, and ankle high boots.
Personal firearms are prohibited on Fort Benning.
