ABOUT THE MISSION:

Two enlistments, USN.
Retired from El Cajon PD after twenty years.

We have been invited by the family of Jerry Hogan to join them in honoring the life and military service of their loved one. We will do this by joining them in the short procession from the Laural Land Chapel to the interment location, then stand a flag line for the graveside service.

Special Instructions:

We will stage in the parking lot at Laurel Land Funeral Home and Cemetery. After the brief has been given we will designate a few flag bikes to stay behind and ride in the short procession from the chapel to the interment site. The remaining riders will proceed to the interment site to assist in the placing of the flags and then await the arrival of the procession with Mr. Hogan, family and friends. At the conclusion of the service, and at the direction of the ride captain, the flags will be retrieved, furled and stowed in the support vehicle. After the post mission brief has been given all riders will be dismissed.

NOTE 1: There will be a private family viewing starting at 0900 for about an hour, then they will get in their vehicles and follow the coach to the interment site. We have been requested for the procession and graveside only.

NOTE 2: The unescorted procession is from the Laurel Land Chapel to the interment site in the Laurel Land Cemetery (no cages).

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water will be provided.
