Jerry Mitchell ride report:

Today was another hot sunny day for the 17 Patriot Guard Riders that staged for Jerry’s service at Georgia National Cemetery. I held the briefing we said the Pledge of Allegiance and Gimpy led us in prayer. We then proceeded to the shelter. We rendered Honors as USMC PFC Mitchell was moved into the shelter. The priest conducted his part of the service. The Marine Corp League rifle team fired the salute. The Marine Corps Honors team played taps, folded and presented the flag. The Marine Corps rifle team presented two certificates and 3 spent shells. I presented the ALR certificate and an Angel coin and thanked the family for allowing us to be there to honor their loved one and our hero.

After the mission, I presented our new member, Frank Rodgers, with his first mission accomplished pin. Thank you to all who attended and to Reuben for the flags, snacks and hydration. We done good once again.
