He passed at the age of 82 of Bloomington.  Jerry was a wounded Korean War Veteran who fought in the Bloody Ridge and Heartbreak Ridge battles. Member of the M1 Teamsters Union and former counselor with Pathway Group Home\, with 42+ years sobriety with AA.  His daughter said that he specifically requested the Patriot Guard when his time came. \nPlease come out and stand in silent tribute to Honor Jerry’s life and service to our country. \n11:15 am – Stage Lane A (along fence on 34th Ave S) at Ft Snelling National Cemetery.\n11:45 am – Brief\n12:15 pm- Interment \nEstimated release: 2:00 pm \nDismissal at RCIC’s discretion. \nThis is a rain\, or shine mission. Please bring your 3 x 5 American Flag and anything else you may need for the duration of this mission. \n“VA regulations 38 CFR 1.218 prohibit the carrying of firearms (either openly or concealed)\, explosives or other dangerous or deadly weapons while on VA property\, except for official purposes\, such as a military funeral honors. Possession of firearms on any property under the charge and control of VA is prohibited.
