ABOUT THE MISSION:

The Family of Jay F. Abram has invited the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in honor of his service to our country. Jay served in the US Army from April 1946 until April 1947 reaching the rank of PFC. Jay’s awards include The National Defense Service Medal and the Naval Occupational Service Medal. After being honorably discharged from the Army Jay enlisted in the Navy in October 1951 because he said the Army walks too much. Jay served 3 years 11 months and 27 days in the Navy. During his time in the Navy Jay worked as an Electronics Technician.
