The family of Lt. Col. James Williams Jr., US Army (Ret.), requests the presence and participation Patriot Guard Riders at the graveside rendering of military honors of their loved one. Lt. Col. James Williams Jr. served in the US Army for 20 years, and was a Vietnam veteran.
