SSgt James Rodney Isham began his military service in 1967 and completed his service in 1971. Rod was a flight line mechanic and was stationed in Guam\, taking care of the B52’s that flew to Vietnam daily. Rod and I were good friends for more than 40 years. He was the type of guy who would give you the shirt off his own back\, no questions asked.
