Aviation Squadron Commander Wyly\, a postgraduate of  School for Navy Flight Training and Awarded M.S. in Management.  His  Naval career was over 20 years and included service in Vietnam.   Commander Wyly received the Navy Unit Commendation Medal with Bronze  Star\, Navy Commendation Medal with Gold Star\, Republic of Vietnam  Meritorious Unit Citation\, Vietnam Service Medal with Two Bronze Stars\,  and the National Defense Service Medal. His last duty station was the  Naval Air Maintenance Training Group located in Memphis\, TN. At the  height of the Vietnam War there were 23\,000 assigned to that base.\nPlease join us as we escort him to his final resting place.
