ABOUT THE MISSION:

SRA James Stark served in the United States Air Force as a Journeyman in Electronic Warfare Systems and received numerous awards and medals. His awards will be conveyed during the Riders briefing. He was employed with ETMC as a radio communications supervisor and a member of the Arp Volunteer Fire Department from January, 2001 up to his passing. James was the president of the Brothers Keepers MC, Tyler, a Long Standing Member of the Patriot Guard Riders, and a member of the Canton Masonic Lodge in Arp.
