James Randolph Palmer, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Navy E-4 James Randolph Palmer has requested the Patriot Guard to stand a silent flag line and to escort this American hero to his final resting place at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri.

12:30 pm:  Service.  Escort will be right after the service to the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Higginsville, Missouri
Weather:  High 91, winds gusting up to 10 MPH.

If you have large bike flags, please bring them.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

    I am thankful for Mr. Palmer’s service and sacrifice for our country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He is ” Fallen Never Forgotten.“ May he rest in Peace.
