DESCRIPTION:12 July 2016\n\nTuesday\nABE1 James “Dewey” Moss\nUS Navy – Vietnam\nAlabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort\, AL\n\n\nThe family of ABE1 James “Dewey” Moss has requested the Patriot Guard to stand in honor of him.  Mr. Moss passed away at the age of 77.  He was a 15 year Navy veteran.\n\nMr. Moss served in Vietnam with U.S. Navy as a “River Rat” and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal\, Purple Heart\, Bronze Star\, Combat V\, Combat Action Ribbon\, Vietnam  Campaign Medal\, Vietnam Service Medal\, Good Conduct Medal (3) and an Honorable Discharge.  It is our honor to stand for this true American Hero. \nThis is a Flag line only service at the Committal Shelter at 1430 hrs. \nHis ashes will be placed in ground at the cemetery. \nStaging:\nBehind Old Dollar General Store (NE corner of Hwy 225 and Hwy 31)\nTime:        1330 hrs.\nBriefing:   1345 hrs.\nKSU:         1400 hrs. \nRCIC:         Ed Driver\, RC – (251) 454-8162\nFlags:         Committal Shelter\nHonor Guard:  YES \nMr. Moss stood many a hard day and night for us so that we might be safe and free.\nNow it’s our turn to stand for him.
