Alabama State Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spanish Fort, AL
The family of ABE1 James “Dewey” Moss has requested the Patriot Guard to stand in honor of him. Mr. Moss passed away at the age of 77. He was a 15 year Navy veteran.
Mr. Moss served in Vietnam with U.S. Navy as a “River Rat” and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Combat V, Combat Action Ribbon, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, Good Conduct Medal (3) and an Honorable Discharge. It is our honor to stand for this true American Hero.
This is a Flag line only service at the Committal Shelter at 1430 hrs.
His ashes will be placed in ground at the cemetery.
