ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of Georgia Tech Police Officer James Cornacchia has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to stand a flag line in honor of his nineteen years of service to that department, and with bowed heads, we accept their gracious invitation. James had served as both uniformed and motor officer during this tenure at Ga. Tech, and had recently been promoted to detective. James took an oath to protect and defend, and he did so to the best of his ability for nineteen years. Now it is our turn to stand for him.

Special Instructions:

This will be a flag line only mission. Georgia Tech Police are handling all escort duties. Please come early and help us put out a ton of static flags. We will stand a silent flag line of respect from 09:00 am until the service begins at 10:00 am. We will then break down the flag line, remove all the static flags and depart quietly.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water will be provided.
