ABOUT THE MISSION:
It is a most distinct honor and privilege for the Patriot Guard Riders, at the family’s request, to stand a flag line for United States Air Force Veteran James Louis Fowler, 85, and escort him to his final resting place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery with full Military Honors. Veteran Fowler served in the USAF from May 1952 to May 1956, with six months of overseas or sea duty, and attained the rank of Airman Second Class (A2C). Commendations received included the Good Conduct Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. A2C Fowler, a grateful nation thanks you and is indebted to you for your honorable service. Your sacrifices have granted us the freedoms we continue to enjoy to this very day. Thank you and Godspeed.
