ABOUT THE MISSION:
The Patriot Guard Riders, at the family’s request, have been invited to stand a flag line for United States Air Force Veteran James Lester Robertson, 87, and escort him to his final resting place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery where he will receive full military honors. Veteran Robertson served in the U.S. Air Force from December 1951 to December 1955, with 3 years of foreign service. Veteran Robertson attained the rank of Airman First Class (A1C) and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal and the Army of Occupation of Germany Medal. Airman First Class Robertson, a grateful nation thanks you and is indebted to you for your honorable service. Your sacrifices have granted us the freedoms we continue to enjoy to this very day. Thank you and Godspeed.
