ABOUT THE MISSION:

The family of E-3 Carter, 47, has graciously requested the Patriot Guard Riders’ presence as they show their final respects and lay their loved one to rest. Mr. Carter faithfully served this country in the U.S. Navy/Navy Reserves and performed duties as an Electrical/Mechanical Equipment Repairman. Upon completion of his service, he received an Honorable Discharge. During his time in service, he was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, Navy and Marine Overseas Service Ribbon w/2 Stars, and the Navy Battle “E” Ribbon.
Please bring your 3 X 5 American Flags and stand in Honor and Respect for our Hero and his family.
