ABOUT THE MISSION:

Jim Clark served his country in the Pennsylvania National Guard enlisting at age 15, at age 17 he enlisted in the U.S. Navy, serving prior to and during the Korean Conflict. He continued to serve as an Operating Engineer and finally as the Boiler Plant Supervisor for the West Los Angeles and Sepulveda Veterans Hospitals, retiring in 1984.

After the mission and safety briefing, Riders will prepare to accompany Mr. Clark and his family and friends to the cemetery. Since Part 1 is a procession only, support will not be requested, and Riders should bring their own water. Procession: Escort Provided

After the mission briefing, honor bikes, if needed, will move to the appropriate staging lane to await the arrival of the procession. All other Riders will move to the shelter to set the flags and await the arrival of Mr. Clark and his family and friends. We’ll then stand tall and silent in honor of Mr. Clark’s Service to our Country. After the Service, Riders will return the flags to storage, be debriefed and dismissed.
