James Edward Lunsford Sr., Veteran

Mr. Lunsford (73) joined the United States Army in November 23, 1966, served 3 years and 11 months and was honorably discharged after obtaining the rank of Pfc. (E-3). During his service he did one tour in Vietnam. Mr. Lunsford received the Bronze Star Medal, Army Commendation Medal, 4 OS Bars, Combat Infantry Badge, National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal, and the Parachute Badge. Others included were the Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Air Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster. And lastly was the Expert M-14.
