ABOUT THE MISSION:
It is an honor and a privilege for the Patriot Guard Riders, at the family’s request, to stand a flag line for United States Air Force Veteran James E. Turner, and escort him to his final resting place at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for full military honors and inurnment. Veteran Turner served in the U.S. Air Force beginning in April 1962 at Lackland Air Force Base and trained as a warehousing specialist. Veteran Turner attained the rank Airman Third Class (A3C) and earned several commendations as he completed his service in the Air National Guard. Your sacrifices have granted us the freedoms we continue to enjoy to this very day. Thank you and Godspeed.
