DESCRIPTION:Honor Mission\nJames David Grimsley\, Veteran\nUS Army\nPensacola\, Florida – 07-29-19\n\n\nABOUT THE MISSION:\n\n\nLadies and Gentlemen\, I regret to inform you\, we have lost another valuable member of our military and law enforcement family. Mr. Grimsley passed from this earth on 22 July 2019. The Patriot Guard has been invited by the family of Specialist Grimsley\, United States Army\, to stand in his honor and escort him to the Barrancas National Cemetery. Specialist Grimsley joined the United States Army in December 1955 and served thru December 1958. Mr. Grimsley then worked on NAS Pensacola as a civil service police officer from 1967-1973. Mr. Grimsley joined the Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary as a trooper until joining the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department where he served as a Deputy Sheriff until he retired.Mr. Grimsley was a Deacon at Englewood Baptist Church and served his community faithfully for many years. Service will be at Englewood Baptist Church\, 1100 W. Scott St. Pensacola\, Fl\, followed by honors at Barrancas National Cemetery.\n\n\nPRIMARY STAGING DETAILS: 07-29-19 \nStaging Time: 11:45 AM \nHardees\, 1570 W.
