Honor Mission
James D. Hill, Veteran

ABOUT THE MISSION:

Petty Officer Second Class James D. Hill, served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War era as a Communications Technician. He served from August 1952 until his honorable release in July 1956. Petty Officer Hill received the National Defense Service Medal and Good Conduct Medal. Following his service, he went back to Manhattan College and became an engineer and worked for GE. Petty Officer Hill enjoyed golfing, bowling, and working on his model trains. Petty Officer Hill was also a member of the Knights of Columbus and American Legion. It will be an honor and pleasure to stand a flag line in recognition of his service.

Meet in the back of the parking lot near the fence line. After a short briefing, we will establish a flag line and stand until the start of Mass Services. Mask may be needed so please bring one.

Large Bike Flags will NOT be needed.
Water WILL NOT be provided, please bring your own.

This a flag line only. Stage at the flagpole. We will move to the assigned shelter at the appropriate time. Face covering is required while at the shelter. The service is scheduled for 11:30 am.
