ABOUT THE MISSION:
The family of James Sorrow Jr has asked the Patriot Guard Riders to stand for their hero and it will be our privilege to fulfill that request. James was a proud Vietnam veteran with the United States Air Force from which he retired having attained the rank of Master Sergeant. Following his retirement from the military, James bravely served his community for over 22 years as a firefighter with the Warner Robins Fire Department. In 1999, he retired from the fire department with the rank of Lieutenant.

Special Instructions:
We will stage Monday afternoon at 1 pm, and stand an honorable flag line until the start of the funeral service at 2 pm. Following the service we will escort to Magnolia Park Cemetery. Military honors at graveside along with honors from Warner Robins Fire Dept. Mr. Sorrow will be carried in escort on top of a fire engine from Warner Robins Fire Dept. All attendees who wish to ride in the escort are asked to attend the mission briefing. It will include a safety briefing, and any unique ride information known to our RCIC that may be specific to the mission.
