ABOUT THE MISSION:

He was a lifelong law enforcement officer. He was a deputy sheriff with the Simpson County Sheriff’s Department killed in the line of duty. He had previously worked with Copiah County Sheriff’s Department and Tutor Funeral Home. He served as a crossing guard for his grandchildren’s school, Simpson Central. He loved his job and his coworkers were his closest friends. He enjoyed playing jokes on his brothers and sisters in uniform. He was always available to lend a helping hand to anyone in need.

PGR will escort, along with LEO, Deputy Blair to his final duty station at Ruth Cemetery, Ruth MS.
PGR will stand a silent U.S. Flag Line for the graveside service.
Escort is approximately 65 miles, be sure to have fuel tank topped off.
