The PGR has been graciously invited to honor LN2 James A. Kern by providing an escort and flag line.
He earned the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon and Battle Efficiency “E” Ribbon.
Born in Covington KY. He is survived by his mother, wife (Pam), sisters, daughter, son and grandchildren.
He was a member of the American Legion Riders Post 327, Patriot Guard Riders, Red Knights and Tidewater H.O.G.
