DESCRIPTION:Ladies and Gentlemen of the Patriot Guard Riders\, we have been requested to stand for Jacob David Waggoner\, age 32. Jacob enlisted in the Marines May 2004 and was honorably discharged June 2007 at the rank of Corporal. During his tour of duty in Iraq he served in Communications. He was awarded the Iraq Campaign Medal w/ Gold Star\, Armed Forces Reserve Medal w/ “M” Device\, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal\, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon\, Navy Unit Citation Ribbon\, and the National Defense Service Ribbon.
