Upon completion of his service\, MCPO Stevens received an Honorable Discharge and during his time in service\, awarded the Good Conduct Medal(3)\, Sea Service Deployment Ribbon\, Navy Achievement Medal\, Meritorious Unit Commendation\, Vietnam Service Medal w/3 Bronze Stars\, Vietnam Campaign Medal\, Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal\, Navy Expeditionary Medal\, and the National Defense Service Medal.
