He was a Dental Specialist in the service for (22) years. Jack Solders retired with an honorable discharge with the rank of Sergeant First Class (SFC). SFC Solders Jr. proudly served in Vietnam with the following awards: Good Conduct\, Nat. Service medal\, Vietnam Service Medal\, Overseas Service and Vietnam Cross of Gallantry service ribbon. SFC Solders Jr. enjoyed hunting\, fishing\, camping and had a great sense of humor. He was a loving husband\, father and grandfather.
