Long has requested the Patriot Guard Riders to stand in honor of their hero as he once stood for us and it will be our honor to do so.  Mr. Long was a SP-3 in the Army and served from 1954-1956. He was a field artillery crew member\, Battery B- 248\, at Ft. Campbell\, Kentucky and was awarded with a good conduct medal.
