All specific details and updates have been sent to members directly via their e-mail address on file. \nFellow PGR Members: \nWe have been requested to stand for another Veteran of World War II.  Jack M. Keiffer of Hamburg passed away on August 1st. \nWhen/Where:\nThursday\, August 4\, 2016\nHamburg\, NY \nEscort to Lakeside Cemetery for interment with Military Honors. \nMission Narrative:\nMr. Keiffer served in the US Army from 1943 – 1946.  His MOS was Construction Equipment Mechanic\, and he was attached to the 253rd\nEngineer Construction Battalion.  His service included 18 months overseas\, including the Central Europe Campaign and Rhineland\nCampaign.  Mr. Keiffer was Honorably Discharged on 2 May 1946 with the rank of Sgt. (T.). For his service to our nation\, Sgt. Keiffer was\nawarded:  Army Good Conduct Medal\, American Theater Medal\, European-African-Middle Eastern Campaign Medal\, and the WW-II Victory Medal. \nPlease do what you’re able to help us Honor the WWII Service of Sgt. Jack Keiffer\, and to support his loving family. \nPlease arrive on time with a clean 3×5 American Flag\, or a US Army flag.
