DESCRIPTION:Jack Eldon Griner\, Jr.\, 63\nU.S. Army Vietnam Veteran\nClermont\, Bushnell\, FL\nFriday\, August 19\, 2016\n\n\n\nThe family of SP4 Jack Eldon Griner Jr. has graciously requested the Patriot Guard Rider’s presence as they show their final respects and lay their loved one to rest. \nSP4 Griner faithfully served his Country in the U.S. Army and performed duties as a Medivac Crew Chief on UH-1 Hueys (helicopters). During SP4 Griner’s service to our Grateful Nation\, he served in Vietnam\, where he received combat wounds so severe\, he was medically discharged. Upon leaving the military\, SP4 Griner received an Honorable Discharge and awarded the National Defense Service Medal\, Sharpshooter Ribbon (Rifle)\, Vietnam Service Medal w/ 2 Bronze Stars\, Purple Heart and a Vietnam Campaign Medal. \nDuring SP4 Griner’s post military service\, he owned Advance Auto in Mascotte\, FL.\, along with several other businesses in Lake County. \nNote: This is a two-part mission. \nPart 1 is a Funeral Service in Clermont\, FL.\, followed by an escort (approximately 45 miles) to Bushnell\, FL. \nPart 2 is a Committal Service at Florida National Cemetery\, Bushnell\, FL. \nPlease bring your 3 X 5 American Flags and join us as we stand in silent Honor and Respect for our U.S. Army\, Vietnam Hero and his family. \nFlag Bikes are strongly encouraged \nPLEASE HYDRATE \nItinerary: \nPart 1 – Funeral Service & Escort \nBecker Funeral Home\n806 W.
